Tier 3: Resources hub, downloads page, changelog
Compensation Data Hub at /resources/ that links to every calculator, guide, and data download. Bulk data downloads at /downloads/ (CSV + JSON, 14 files, 51 states + DC). Public changelog at /changelog/ (this page).
What changed

Tier 2: Audience landing pages
Four new audience-specific pages: /for-hr-teams/, /for-publishers/, /for-career-centers/, /methodology/versioning/. Each targets a different stakeholder with unique value proposition and unique FAQ.

Tier 1 follow-up: 4 UX issues fixed + /widgets/ polish
Owner flagged visual polish issues on homepage and /widgets/. Fixed 4 UX issues from automated insight proxy (CTA prominence on /widgets/, data-freshness nav depth, meta description, trust signals) and applied visual polish to /widgets/ including missing methodology-hero CSS.
What changed
- Homepage: global :focus-visible styles, header grid layout (logo / centered nav / right actions), footer aria-label and compact 5-col grid, mobile drawer aria-modal + inert, embed calc button 930px→127px
- /widgets/: added .methodology-hero/title/sub/body/section/h2 styles, 1240px max-width container, code-snippet keyboard accessible, focus-visible on all buttons and links

- Insight proxy automation: built scripts/measurement/insight-proxy.mjs to substitute for unavailable human user testing

Infrastructure: data source worker in production
SalaryLabs Data Source Worker (https://salarylab-data-source.salarylab.workers.dev) went live with 50 canonical metrics, weekly cron refresh, and full provenance chain. Public /facts.json and /citations.json mirror Worker KV.

- DEPLOYED: Data Source Worker (Cloudflare Worker, KV-backed, cron 0 5 * * 1)
- Worker fetches IRS, BLS, SSA, DOL, BEA, Federal Reserve data with SHA-256 provenance

Site-wide content audit. All pages use English en-US spelling, USD currency, US date formats. 35 long-form guides, 16 working calculators, 10 topic hubs. No Hindi/Indonesian/Spanish content in production routes.

We publish a new changelog entry every time we ship a new page, a new calculator, or a significant content update. For routine weekly data updates (federal tax rates, state changes, BLS data), we update /facts.json and /citations.json without a changelog entry.
