How this works

Detection: Base.astro inspects navigator.userAgent + document.referrer against the Worker's canonical engine list (chatgpt, claude, perplexity, gemini, copilot, other).
Send: On detection, client sends navigator.sendBeacon to https://salarylab-data-source.salarylab.workers.dev/api/ai-cite with payload { url, referrer, engine, intent }.
Store: Worker increments atomic KV counter cite.counter.<date>.<engine> + writes event to cite.<date>.<engine>.<hash>.
Read: This page reads from /api/ai-cite/health (totals) + /admin/ai-cite-health (recent events) on demand.
Compare: Owner can cross-reference this with for-ai.json auditability.weekly_report URL to verify the canonical pipeline is intact.
